Dear Valued Patient,
Our records indicate that you and your family have dental insurance coverage through Cigna or MetLife. We are writing to inform you that our status with this insurance company has changed effective November 1, 2021. We are still accepting Metlife and Cigna, but we are now out of network providers. However, we will continue to be in-network with Delta Premier, Delta Advantage and Delta PPO plans.
We will still accept your insurance and you will still be able to take full advantage of your out of network benefits with us. There may or may not be changes to your co-pay based on your individual plan.
On our end, we will help you by checking your coverage before your next appointment and by providing you with an estimate. Our goal has been and will always be to be as helpful and transparent as possible with our patients.
